„Marrakesch erleben und sich gleichzeitig inmitten von viel Grün erholen - die perfekte Kombination!
Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage. Geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr grosses und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Shuttlebus-Verbindung Hotel und Medina war super und immer pünktlich. Dank den vielen Pflanzen und Blumen auf der Hotelanlage war die Luft sehr viel besser als in der Medina und nachts war es ruhig. Schöner Outdoor- und Indoorpool. Architektur und Dekor sehr schön. Essen in den verschiedenen hoteleigenen Restaurants war gut. Leckere Drinks an der Poolbar (insbes. "Dr. Feelgood"). Die an der Rezeption abgegebenen Postkarten kamen bei den Adressaten an. Alles in allem trotz ein paar negativen Punkten empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Beim Duschen wurde immer das halbe Badezimmer geflutet und das Zimmer roch muffig (wohl wegen feuchtem Teppich). Die ersten 3 Tage war der Zimmerservice ok, danach nahm die Qualität ab (mussten mehrmals Frottierwäsche nachfragen). Gleiche Feststellung in Bezug auf den übrigen Service - super am Anfang und dann leider zunehmend schlechter. Service im Geldwechsel-Büro auf der Hotelanlage war lausig (an Rezeption aber gut).

„Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer im Clubhaus war sehr groß und gemütlich. Der Golfplatz gepflegt und schön zu spielen.
Die Restaurants waren für vegetarier nicht besonders geeignet. Das Essen ist sehr fleischlastig. Die Flasche Wasser für 5 Euro, sehr teuer. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausßerhalb. Zum Flughafen waren es 40 min. mit dem Taxi.

„Angenehmes Hotelresort
Das Hotel liegt zwar an die 10 km vom Zentrum Marrakeschs entfernt, dafür hat man aber absolute Ruhe und gute Luft. Die Innenstadt ist durchwabert mit Fahrzeugabgasen, dass man kaum zu atmen wagt. Da sollte man mal eine Feinstaubdiskussion führen, nicht in Stuttgart. Die großzügige Hotelanlage und das gut ausgestattete Zimmer ließen uns jedoch wohlfühlen. Der Shuttle-Service zum Jaama El-Fna funktionierte tadellos.
Der Shuttlebus produzierte fast unerträglich viel Abgas, das teilweise ins Wageninnere gelangte.
